New boxed, original Apple service spare LCD display for the PowerBook 180 model. Original Apple, fully tested a 10" greyscale TFT (active matrix) liquid crystal display (4-bit greyscale) display. It also has CCFL on-demand backlight and a resolution of 640 x 400 pixels.
Although this is a new panel, we have tested it and it is still exhibiting mild tunnelling which occurs on virtually all of these active matrix LCD panels and is non-reversible. The LCD is still useable but after a few minutes, the image darkens from the corners inwards. The Apple service spare box is tatty.
