New, boxes Apple service spare lid for the Macintosh II and IIx computer. This is a one off barn find (literally!). The box is tatty but the casing unit inside is undamaged. The box is not sealed so some dust has got inside but there does not appear to be any permanent marking or discolouration of the lid.
