Power Mac G4 400MhZ Processor and Heat sink.
This is the processor taken from a recycled 400Mhz Gigabit Powermac G4. This slots onto the logic in the slot above the four Ram slots. It is then held in by three screws underneath the heat sink. The heat sink then clips onto the CPU board covering the chip.
